The villa’s location makes it an excellent base for exploring the authentic charm of Kalithies. This traditional village offers historic gems like the 19th-century Church of the Assumption, as well as cozy tavernas, local honey, and handcrafted souvenirs. Surrounded by olive groves and hills, the area is ideal for hiking or enjoying the outdoors. Within a short drive, you can reach beautiful beaches, vibrant towns, and the best of Rhodes’ cultural and culinary highlights.

Guests are kindly asked to respect a few house rules for a smooth stay. The villa should be left tidy on departure: dishes and utensils washed, bins emptied, fridge cleared, and rubbish removed (otherwise a €25 fee applies). Barbecue use requires cleaning, and all damages should be reported to the hostess. Due to Greek plumbing, no litter is to be flushed in toilets—blockages incur a €150 charge plus repair costs. Pool use requires showering beforehand, umbrellas must be closed when not in use (damage replacement €200), and towels should not be used for makeup removal. Linen stains or unreported damages may result in replacement costs.
