The detached holiday home is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the valley and its sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Novo Mesto, 428 m ASL. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
