The apartment is located in a residential area (Principessa area) two km south of the center of San Vincenzo. A bus line and a cycle path connect to the city center. The Principessa residential area is immersed in an oak and pine forest, near a wide sandy beach several kilometers long, with free public access or paid access with equipped services. Magnificent view of the Tuscan Archipelago. The cycle path connects directly to the Rimigliano nature park. Nearby the apartment there are restaurants, grocery stores, and a playground equipped for children. San Vincenzo is a charming town located in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, between Livorno and Grosseto, well connected by trains and highway. San Vincenzo has a new small marina and a lively historic center with shops, restaurants, and cafés. It is possible to practice sports such as tennis and football in the sports centers; a modern water park with a swimming pool is also available. Lovers of walking and cycling can visit the Rimigliano Nature Park, with a beautiful Mediterranean forest next to a free beach with wild dunes, just south of San Vincenzo. The beaches of San Vincenzo were also awarded the “Blue Flag” in 2025. There are numerous cultural, recreational, and sports activities.
