Charming older villa with 130 square meters spread over two floors. Beautifully located a few kilometers from the water with a good floor plan and everything within easy reach. The villa is spread over two floors and has an entrance hall, living room, kitchen-dining room, bathroom, and bedroom on the ground floor. The kitchen-dining area is the villa's focal point and is characterized by its incredibly beautiful wooden ceiling with exposed beams, which runs throughout almost the entire ground floor, a really nice kitchen, and a countertop that matches the ceiling. All appliances are included. The kitchen and living room enjoy beautiful light through the lattice windows. Bedroom with double bed. Under the stairs to the first floor, there is a washing machine, and upstairs you will find another bedroom with a single bed and a Norwegian bunk bed - meaning there is room for 4 people in this room. The double bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. A washing machine is always a bonus too!
