The impressive villa La Villa Dubrovnik is located in the village of Trsteno, near the city of Dubrovnik. This luxurious 6-bedroom villa with pool could easily be compared to a 5-star hotel. Or maybe a castle. But in this case, you don't have to stay in a castle or a 5-star hotel. You can enjoy a luxurious vacation in one of the most beautiful parts of Croatia, in this villa. It is ideal for a family gathering or a vacation with friends. The good news is that the villa is open for parties and will be happy to host groups of young people. In addition, you can bring your pets with you, so that everyone can enjoy this magical accommodation with a view of the blue Adriatic Sea.

The interior of the villa is 300 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with plenty of seating for relaxing, a separate dining room with 12 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. There are French doors in all the rooms, giving you a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the luxurious Mediterranean garden. The rooms are equipped with modern furniture and decorative details that exude luxury and elegance. All rooms are air conditioned and underfloor heating is available for colder days.

Of the 6 bedrooms in the villa, 4 are on the ground floor and 2 are on the 1st floor. All rooms are equipped with the highest quality furniture and technology to provide you with the most luxurious and comfortable stay. Most of the rooms have private bathrooms where you will find towels, bathrobes and personal hygiene products. Also, most of the rooms face the front yard of the villa and have a view of the garden, while the rooms on the 1st floor have a view of the sea. On the 1st floor there is a large terrace with a lounge area that offers a panoramic view of the Elaphite Islands.

The villa is situated on a 1400 m² property where you will find a swimming pool with sunbathing area, a wood-burning barbecue, an outdoor dining area, a gazebo for relaxing... And most importantly, plenty of space for fun, games, relaxation and soaking up the warm rays of the truly special Dubrovnik sun.
