Description
If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, this large country house (120m2) with a beautiful view is available. It is located on the mountain, surrounded by olive trees, a well-maintained garden with a fireplace grill, and shaded parking.
The country house has 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom/living room, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen with a dining room, 2x satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a large FENCED terrace. In front of the house is a large FENCED meadow (1200m², fence 1.5m high) with seating in the shade and a beautiful view where your children can play carefree. There is also a seating arrangement on the terrace. This house is ideal for families with dog/dogs. The dogs have sufficient space to run around, hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
The nearest grocery store is 800m away and the sandy beach VELI MEL 2000m. There is no traffic noise as the side road that leads to the house ends in front of the house. It is about 5 km to the Rab city center.
The landlady lives in the Angela apartment building with a pool, which is about 800m away from the country house.

Location and surroundings of object
The country house is located independently and detached in a very beautiful and very quiet location in Kampor/Rab and offers our guests peace and relaxation. The nearest sandy beach VELI MEL is located in the port of Kampor and is approx. 2km from the country house. Here you will find beach bars, cafes, a diving school, restaurants, a larger supermarket... etc. The beautiful seaside resort Suha Punta is about 2km away. The country house is family- and child-friendly and away from street traffic. The holiday resort Kampor is located on the west coast of the island of Rab and stretches between the bay of the same name in the northwest and Eufemia Bay in the southeast. The wide sandy beach VELI MEL, the bathing resort SUHA PUNTA, ancient ruins, and the forested hinterland make Kampor a popular destination for families with children and vacationers who like to stay active during their holidays.

Country house with garden
for dog owners with car simply ingenious - brilliant view and quiet location and nevertheless in 15 min at the dog beach. Own fenced garden. I enjoyed it - so did my dog. We had a visit from a neighbour's dog every day - watch out, he's a fine point - only eats cheese ;-). The flat is equipped with everything you need for self-catering - there is wifi (which really surprised me considering the location), 2 bathrooms and air conditioning.

Holiday with 3 dogs
The vacation was beautiful, the house clean and quietly located. The Dedic family was very helpful and friendly. We all recovered well, and our dogs also felt comfortable.

Super clean and beautiful Pure relaxation
We stayed in this beautiful house for 12 days. The house is located very quietly, up on the mountain. When we arrived, everything was perfectly clean and arranged, we immediately felt at home. The beds in the two bedrooms were freshly made. There are plenty of closets and a TV. In the bathroom, there were many hand and bath towels. We brought the dirty towels downstairs to the owner and immediately received a stack of new ones. In the kitchen, there are many cooking pots, utensils, and dishes. The terrace is a dream. Chairs and loungers for relaxing. When it got too hot, we stood under the outdoor shower. We grilled with the built-in grill located in front of the house.
It is a wonderful house. We and our dogs felt so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Mrs. and Mr. Dedic (owners) are super friendly, warm, and helpful. I immediately took them to my heart. We were immediately connected by something.
I will never forget this beautiful vacation. Thank you for these wonderful days.

Very nice holiday home in a completely quiet location
We stayed in the country house for about 1 week and then moved into one of the apartments as planned. The location is very peaceful and the house offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Especially noteworthy is the excellent care provided by Angela, the always friendly and cheerful landlady.

Einsam und Wunderschön
We really enjoyed our time at the accommodation. The secluded location is gladly accepted for absolute peace; No internet; but for us, it also meant no distractions from the "normal world" and contributed to relaxation. Apart from the internet, the country house has everything: a cosy terrace, beautiful surroundings, and above all, peace.
