The ground-floor apartment has a terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea.
The interior design is modern and comfortably Scandinavian.
A comfortable corner sofa for up to five people, complete with pleasant lighting and a rug, invites you to relax with a book, a glass of wine, or a TV.
The wall-mounted, swiveling 40-inch TV is visible from every seat in the living and dining area.
At the long, high-quality wooden dining table, you can enjoy the inviting atmosphere not only while preparing meals but also while playing board and card games, accompanied by music from the stereo system.
The dining area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen utensils and gadgets.
Features include a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), a kettle, a toaster, a hand mixer, an egg cooker, and plenty of storage space for odds and ends.
A high-quality built-in microwave is also provided.
To help you create the perfect ambiance for any occasion, numerous lighting options are available.
The master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, an open wardrobe with shelves and drawers offering ample space for your holiday clothes, ambient lighting, two wall lamps and two reading lamps, blackout blinds, curtains, and an integrated mosquito net.
The ground-floor bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower with a shower shelf, a towel warmer, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a vanity with a spacious cabinet underneath.
The second bedroom in the basement is furnished with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), each with a wall lamp and a reading lamp.
You will also find a spacious chest of drawers, a sleeper chair (90 x 200 cm) with a mattress topper in the storage room, a coffee table, a rug, an uplighter with an integrated reading lamp, and a dartboard.
If you are traveling with small children, a play mat with toy cars, a drawing table, and two small chairs are also available.
This room is also equipped with blackout blinds, curtains, and an integrated mosquito net.
In the storage room, you will also find a parasol, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, a laundry basket, a shower stool, a double stepladder, an iron and ironing board, a high chair, a travel cot, a child safety rail, and two sand shovels.

In addition, the apartment complex offers you free access to the swimming pool from Easter to October.

Between the complex and the fine, natural sandy beach are only a lightly trafficked road and the Baltic Sea Cycle Route from Lübeck to Flensburg.
