Small, picturesque place on the Baltic Sea, ideal for quiet vacations.
The holiday home is in the first row, 80 m from the sea, with a view of the marina. The property is surrounded by hedges and is fully fenced. Guests have a wide view of the beach from the terrace. The property cannot be seen from the outside.
Various activities are offered depending on the season, e.g.: surfing, kite surfing, pedal boating, fishing, swimming. A very well-developed network of hiking and cycling trails makes it possible to explore the Geltinger Birk nature reserve. With a view of a magnificent panorama, the path runs along the unspoiled coast.
Gelting is a recognized Kneipp spa resort with shopping facilities, doctors, a pharmacy, and sights. From the holiday home it is two kilometers to Gelting, which can be covered on a pleasant walk or comfortably by bike. In the Bürgerpark lies the Kneipp facility for use by tired feet.
Not far from there is the worth-seeing town of Kappeln on the Schlei. Here, harbor tours are offered with the paddle steamer, which then travels to the many small towns. Visit to the museum harbor. Restaurants and cafes in the town and at the harbor invite you to enjoy culinary dishes.
Worth seeing is Glücksburg Castle with its large park and the orangery. The city of Flensburg, with its historic old town featuring merchant courtyards and narrow alleys, as well as the large shopping mile, is worth a visit.
The World Heritage Sites Haithabu and Danewerk can be visited.

Dear visitors, I am pleased that you have found the holiday home among the multitude of holiday homes on offer. I have been renting out the holiday home since 2006. Now I am already of an older age and I still enjoy contact with the guests. My hobbies are mainly limited to my garden, being out in nature with my dog, observing insects. I love animals, whether furry or feathered. I am very fond of our forests and love the sea. I like going to my holiday house. I like November and March the most. Winter is pure relaxation by the sea. Otherwise, there is not much to say about me.
