In the eat-in kitchen there is also a cozy dining area, as well as a 3-seater sofa; a television provides entertainment, while free Wi-Fi allows you to stay online at any time.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a balcony facing east, which offers a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The garden invites you to linger, and with a grill right next to our garden house, nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening. For our little guests, we have a playground with a swing, sandbox, slide, climbing opportunities, and a trampoline, where every child can romp to their heart's content. We are also happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge if needed.
A private guest parking space makes your arrival easier. We also have some small animals at our farm. Cats, lionhead rabbits, goats, and chickens make children's hearts beat faster and look forward to many little visitors. There are also opportunities to swing near our animals.
The holiday apartment is a non-smoking accommodation and thus offers a fresh and pleasant living atmosphere. Towels and fresh bed linen are also provided, so you don't have to worry about anything else. Our house with our 3 holiday apartments is located in the small district of Weidenloh and is only about 3 kilometers from the rock town of Pottenstein. It is a quiet, clean, and cozy place with about 100 inhabitants. It is situated 458 m above sea level and is surrounded by forests, meadows, and fields. The wonderful landscape invites you to enjoy beautiful walks and hikes.
Ideal for golfers is the Weidenloh/Pottenstein golf course, which you can reach in about Located just about 400 m away, practically right on your doorstep. In addition to an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole short course for everyone, it also features the Barbarossa restaurant.
Two leisure facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of our guesthouse and are easily accessible on foot.
The Pottenstein climbing forest, about 400 m away, offers young and old climbing enthusiasts the opportunity to really let off steam and test their limits at lofty heights. Since September 2019, the adventure golf course "Säger-Golf" (approx. 300m away) has newly opened and, with its artificial turf courses and various obstacles, invites the whole family to play.
But all other facilities of the Pottenstein adventure mile can also be reached from us by car in 5 – 10 minutes.
