On the property there is a bungalow with a terrace and a small Finnish hut. The area is suitable for nature and water lovers, as there are several lakes and it is not very far to the Oder.

Calm
The bungalow is located in a bungalow settlement directly by the lake. Strangers have no access here, which makes it nice and quiet. We left a week earlier, but this was due to the weather, not the accommodation. The bungalow is small but clean, and the landlord is friendly. As a downside, I would mention that there is a lack of storage space in the very small kitchen and bathroom. We had practically placed our groceries everywhere, which made it look messy quickly. The cabinets in the bedroom offer plenty of space for the wardrobe. Those who are not bothered by all this will find an affordable accommodation here, with a fenced garden (ideal for dogs), a parking space in front of the property, a covered terrace, garden furniture, a grill, and plenty of shade under the trees. When walking through the facility, you meet many nice people; by the lake, you can relax on a bench. If the weather had been better, we would have stayed longer. We would be happy to come back next year.

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!
Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen\. Der tatsächliche Zustand entsprach aus unserer Sicht in mehreren Punkten nicht der Beschreibung\.
Bei unserer Ankunft war das Ferienhaus verschmutzt und roch deutlich abgestanden\. Wir mussten zunächst selbst umfangreich reinigen\. Besonders problematisch waren unter anderem die verschmutzte Küche, das Badezimmer, die Toilette und verschiedene Schubladen\. In der Dusche befand sich Schimmel\. Auch Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine waren in einem hygienisch schlechten Zustand\. Die Schränke im Wohnzimmer waren voll mit persönlichen Sachen, sodass diese nicht genutzt werden konnten\. Auch eine schimmelige Handbürste und Seife befanden sich darin\. Auf dem Boden befanden sich Haare und aufgrund des fehlenden Staubsaugers konnte er nicht einmal gereinigt werden\.
Hinzu kamen zahlreiche weitere Mängel\. Mehrere Wasserhähne beziehungsweise Leitungen waren undicht, Fenster waren defekt oder ließen sich nicht öffnen\. Die Polstermöbel waren stark durchgesessen\. Fliegengitter waren nicht vorhanden\.
Wir hatten keine hohen Ansprüche an die Ausstattung und wussten, dass es sich um eine einfache Unterkunft handelt\. Sauberkeit und ein ordnungsgemäßer Zustand gehören für uns jedoch zu den grundlegenden Voraussetzungen\. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der Mängel sind wir sogar einen Tag früher abgereist\.
Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet\. Die Unterkunft entsprach aus unserer Sicht weder hinsichtlich Sauberkeit noch Ausstattung und Zustand der Beschreibung im Inserat\.
