We had a wonderful stay in the house in Bosau. The location of the house, with a direct view of the lake and numerous beautiful sunsets, is perfect. The furnishings are also perfect and leave nothing to be desired. It is an oasis of tranquility and one can relax well. However, during our time - May 2026 - construction work was taking place on the neighboring property, which significantly disturbed the relaxation (large equipment, from excavators to vibratory plates). Additionally, one should know that there are no shopping facilities or a bakery in Bosau, so one always has to set off by car. A 5-lake tour is recommended to view the wonderful region from the water (we started in Plön for this).

Huge windows overlooking Lake Plön, wonderful sunsets - also visible from the bedroom. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with high-quality dishes and glasses. Bathrooms are partly very large. Shower fixture a bit difficult to operate, but with rain shower. Overall, the furnishings are high-quality and practical. Beds and bedding are very good. Outdoor area only partially suitable for small children due to the steeply sloping property. Plenty of space to park several cars. For us, 6 adults and 3 toddlers, a great stay.

Very nice holiday home in a top location. Unfortunately with a few suits in the B-note: The small bathroom had probably not been cleaned - the rest of the house was properly clean, but that one bathroom unfortunately was not. Furthermore, the shutters of the master bedroom were defective. And honestly, a shower curtain in this price range??? Not really! The bathrooms should be renovated. A coffee machine would also be expected at this price. But in the end: Great tasteful house in a super location with plenty of space and a beautiful view.
