When we arrived there at 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday, there had been no housekeeping done. Bags of rubbish were standing in the kitchen, it hadn't been vacuumed, and the beds hadn't even been stripped from the last occupants. We were shocked. We then had to find ourselves a hotel room for the night (no help there), for which we were only reimbursed for about a third of what we had paid. Very disappointing.
