with its picturesque island/old town and the famous harbor, as well as the festival city of Bregenz and close to the Allgäu.
The approximately 90 square meters apartment includes two cozy bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, and a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. The roomy terrace offers a unique view of the surrounding nature and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying pleasant barbecues.
On-site parking is available. The beautiful surroundings invite you for hiking, cycling, swimming, or cultural outings. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located on the 1st upper floor in the new building of the Bayer family's courtyard. The courtyard includes the family's own organic distillery, Bayer & Bayer, housed in the former cow stall, which cultivates the surrounding fields with organic orchard farming. Here, there is an opportunity for a tasting and a tour of the distillery. Also located on the ground floor is a small farm shop with regional products such as eggs, pasta, honey, and apple juice, as well as a small hair salon.
Whether a relaxing vacation or an active short trip – here you will find the perfect starting point: just a few minutes to the island city of Lindau, Bregenz can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and the public transport (bus) on foot. The area is excellent for nature lovers - mountain biking, road cycling (Lake Constance-Berchtesgaden cycle path), hiking, and trips to the lake or to the nearby Pfänder mountain, which offers a breathtaking view over Lake Constance and the surrounding Alps.
