Welcome to this renovated country house, ideal for 4 people, located close to the town of Løkken. The house offers modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere with a new, well-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are two bright bedrooms with double beds, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The spacious living room is furnished with a TV and a comfortable sofa arrangement where you can relax after an active day. The large dining room seats up to 6 people, so you can enjoy meals together. The house is heated by an air/water heat pump and also has an air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. Outdoors, you can enjoy two sunny terraces, where the sun shines almost all day, as well as a lovely garden, which provides opportunities for outdoor activities. The bathroom is functional and includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The house is located next to a camper site, but the garden is private and for the exclusive use of the house's guests.It is possible to do laundry at the house, in a shared washing machine and dryer with the campsite guests. The machines operate with coin payment. The house is located a short distance from shopping, restaurants, and a golf course, making it a perfect base for both relaxation and experiences in and around Løkken.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
