Rogoznica. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. View: sea, green area and garden. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectants, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 rings), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
