Description of the holiday home:
- Located in the center of Sasbach (Jechtinger Straße 2), the completely renovated holiday home has, throughout its varied history since 1753, served as a day laborer's house, vintner's house, and – more recently – as a part-time farming house.
- The house is situated in the middle of the village in a 30 km/h zone.
- An electric car charging station is located not far from the holiday home at Marckolsheimer Straße 3. - With the latest technology - water-water heat pump, full heat insulation, two photovoltaic systems, and more - a holiday retreat has been created that invites you to relax on approximately 140 sqm.
- The non-smoking house offers ample space and sleeping comfort for nine people.
- Thanks to its location, the large, green courtyard, and the equipment, the holiday home is child-friendly. A baby bed with extra mattress and a baby high chair are available. - Wi-Fi is also available in the vacation home.
- Unfortunately, the vacation home is not suitable for pets.

On the ground floor, there are:
- a living room with a tiled stove and TV;
- a dining room with cozy seating and a stove bench;
- a kitchen with a multi-function oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer combination;
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bathroom with a shower and washer-dryer;
- a separate toilet. In the converted attic are:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds and a sleeping sofa for two people;
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet;
- an anteroom with a bed.
