The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and practical manner. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Roznica. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.
