The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the Malz district, the smallest district of the town of Oranienburg, nestled in a small separate patch of forest and only about 150 m away from the fast Havel river, yet it is still well-connected traffic-wise and close to public transport (bus stop about 100 m). connected (approx. 250 m distance).
The plot available for your use is approx. 700 sqm in size, providing plenty of space for the entire family. Additionally, there are garden furniture for chilling, a barbecue area, and a ping-pong table.
The vacation home itself was extensively renovated and newly furnished from 2020 to 2023. It includes a living area of approx. 150 sqm, spread across two floors. 65 sqm with 4 rooms (2 small bedrooms, 1 living room, a loggia with a dining area and chill-out corner), a fully furnished kitchen, a small shower room, and a toilet. There are 4 sleeping places available, which are located in the master bedroom (box spring double bed), in the 2nd bedroom (sofa bed), and in the living room (sofa bed). Additionally, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. On cold days, there is the option to fire up the stove or use the existing infrared heaters.
Despite the seclusion and tranquility where you can let your soul dangle, you are only 10 minutes away from the Oranienburg train station, from where you can comfortably reach the center of Berlin in just 30 minutes by suburban train or regional traffic.
Here, should you grow weary of the tranquility, you can experience the bustling Berlin in all its facets. We welcome you to the countryside, yet close to the metropolitan area of Berlin.
Enjoy your vacation in the adjacent nature reserves and right on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike trail. Nowhere else will you find such diverse landscapes in such close proximity.
