First camping located in a beautiful environment, with very helpful staff at the reception. However, the arrangements and communication between Belvilla and the camping management are very poor. Upon arrival, I was asked by the reception to pay the deposit (70 Euro) and tourist tax (40.80 Euro), while this was stated as included in the rental amount by Belvilla. This was not known at the camping. It also turned out that the base price for renting the tent through Belvilla was already 110 Euros higher than if I had arranged it directly with the campsite, without these extra costs. This means that the booking of the safari tent through Belvilla ended up being a total of 220 Euros higher than if I had booked directly with the campsite. . . In the meantime, I have received the (double) paid deposit back through Belvilla and the campsite, but not the double paid tourist tax (40.80 Euros). This plus the higher base price still leaves a somewhat sour aftertaste of an otherwise nice vacation...
