Description

A brand new apartment next to the sandy beach. Perfectly equipped with Air Conditioning, Fridge, Washing Machine, Flat screen TV. Apartment has wonderful view over the beach. It is located 10 min drive from Durres city center. All clients will have WI-Fi access and cable TV.
There are chairs and table in the balcony as well.

All the furniture are recently purchased. And apartment is being rented for the first time this summer.

Guests will have access to all the spaces and rooms inside the apartment, as well as be able to use all the equipment listed in the property description.

We would be more than happy to communicate with clients at any time. In addition we will have technical persons available during morning hours 10-12 or afternoon from 15-18 that might be able to help if any problems will occur in the apartment.

A really nice neighborhood with bars, shops, and restaurants that stay open till late night.
Restaurant TIRONA is famous in the area. It is open summer and winter and has great fresh sea food.

Within 100 meters you get to the secondary street.
The buss station is nearby and it can get you to the city of Durres.
