The villa features five separate bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for larger groups. On the ground floor, there is a separate apartment with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, seating area and television. Ideal for guests who prefer a little extra peace and independence. The spacious living room with its large corner sofa and cosy fireplace forms the warm heart of the house, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings together after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine for fresh coffee beans and everything needed to comfortably cook for the entire group.

Relaxation is at the centre of your stay here. The private sauna offers the perfect place to fully unwind and enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the villa. In addition, the heated and covered saltwater swimming pool provides fun and relaxation for both adults and children. The pool is open from 15 May until 30 September and is ideal for cooling off or simply relaxing on warm days. Outside, you will find several inviting places to sit together, including a spacious terrace with barbecue and a cosy seating area by the small stream.

Children will also have an unforgettable time here. Upstairs, there is a cosy game room with bean bags, a television and an XBOX ONE X console with a wide selection of games. Board games and card games are also available for enjoyable evenings together. The playroom can be reached not only by stairs but also via a fun climbing wall, adding an extra sense of adventure. In the enclosed garden, children can safely play, build huts, enjoy sports activities or roast marshmallows around the fire.

Everything has also been considered for winter sports enthusiasts and active travellers. In the technical room, skis, bicycles and other sports equipment can be safely stored and dried thanks to the washing machine and dryer available.

The ski slopes of SkiResort Černá Hora – Pec and Špindlerův Mlýn are within easy reach, while cross-country skiers and winter hikers will also find excellent opportunities nearby. During summer, the surrounding area transforms into a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers.

There are also many wonderful excursions to enjoy in the region. Visit the Aquacentrum in Vrchlabí, play golf in Prosečné or Mladé Buky, discover the baroque Hospital Kuks or spend a day at Dvůr Králové Zoo. Adventurous day trips to the Stachelberg fortress or even Prague are also possible.

For larger groups, this villa can be combined with the neighbouring identical house with jacuzzi (KCML115).
