This modern villa consisting of two apartments in the charming mountain village of Černý Důl is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in the Giant Mountains. You'll be staying in a spacious, fully equipped 130 m² apartment that comfortably sleeps up to 8 people – ideal for familiesgroups of friends looking to enjoy time together while also having their own space.

The apartment is bright, modern, and tastefully decorated. It has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and the cosy living room with a fireplace is perfect for relaxing after an active day. On the ground floor, you'll find an infrared sauna and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there's a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and two sinks. Underfloor heating keeps the apartment warm and comfortable, even in winter. There's also a handy room to store your skis, hiking boots and other gear safely.

Outside, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air in the garden, and during the summer, there’s a barbecue for fun and cosy evenings. Pets are welcome in this apartment – so your dog is more than welcome to join the holiday too!

Whether you visit in summerwinter, there’s always something to do. In the warmer months, the area is great for hiking and biking through the beautiful mountain scenery. The treetop walk in Janské Lázně and the view from Černá hora are real highlights. For sporty cyclists, there are well-marked routes, and you can rent e-bikesmountain bikes on-site.

In winter, the largest ski area in the Czech Republic – Černá Hora - Pec – is just five minutes away. With multiple cable cars, ski lifts, and groomed trails, it's a paradise for skiers, snowboarders, and cross-country fans. A free ski bus takes you straight there. Families with children will love the toboggan runs and snow parks.

If you're in the mood for culture, nearby Vrchlabí offers charm, history, and great food, and there are interesting museums in the region too. Whether you're seeking adventure, nature,rest – this apartment is the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday all year round.
