The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for holiday cooking, complete with an oven, refrigerator, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. For entertainment, the living room is outfitted with a TV, Apple TV, and a Chromecast for seamless streaming. The property includes two comfortable bedrooms—each furnished with a double bed—and a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and clothes dryer. Cozy underfloor heating runs throughout the entire home to ensure absolute comfort year-round. The indoor living space transitions smoothly outside to a private area on the 285 m² natural plot, complete with comfortable garden furniture for relaxing in the fresh coastal air. The property maintains a strict non-smoking policy and does not accommodate youth groups, ensuring a peaceful, upscale environment for your beach town getaway.
