From the moment you step inside, this summer house welcomes you with warmth and atmosphere. The entrance hall leads to a bedroom on each side and a bathroom, while straight ahead, a staircase draws you up to the heart of the home. On the first floor, the open kitchen and living area are centred around a wood-burning stove, instantly creating a cozy, inviting feel. The space opens directly onto a terrace, allowing nature and fresh sea air to flow inside. A large alcove in the living area serves as both a comfortable sofa space and two additional beds, making the home flexible and welcoming. The house is smoke-free and offers sleeping for two double beds plus two extra beds in the alcove. The location places you right in the lively heart of Løkken. To reach the house, you pass between two popular restaurants, immersing you in the holiday buzz while still offering a private retreat when you step inside. On warm summer evenings, the atmosphere feels almost southern, with lively sounds, laughter, and the sea in the background. Built into the dunes, the house features two beautiful terraces where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. Due to the narrow access between restaurants, parking is recommended at the nearby public square. Please note that the hilly terrain may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Important Note - • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property.
