Discover the charming holiday home Gust, idyllically located in Otterndorf on the North Sea. This beautiful domicile offers 60 square meters of space for up to 4 guests (an additionally accompanying small child up to 2 years old—as a fifth person—is possible free of charge; a travel cot as an extra bed is available) and is perfectly equipped with two bedrooms and one bathroom to guarantee you a comfortable stay. The holiday home is surrounded by a lovingly maintained garden that invites you to relax and linger. Enjoy cozy barbecue evenings with the available grill or relax on one of the two terraces, which invite you to sunbathe and rest. A private parking space is available to you directly at the house, so you can arrive and depart conveniently at any time. Inside the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and much more, leaving nothing to be desired.
For our little guests, a crib and a high chair are available.
Additionally, the holiday home offers, among other things, free Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer. The large garden property (partially surrounded by a privacy hedge) offers good opportunities to linger in the garden area. Additionally, there are 2 terraces installed at the house, so you have good seating options depending on the time of day. Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation.
The surrounding landscape is characterized by waterways and natural scenery, nearby (200 meters) there is a large children's playground, a play barn where activities are possible even in bad weather. Also nearby is the dike area with a sunbathing lawn in the foreland. Extended walks and exploration tours are easily possible along the course of the "Medem" river. Friendly and lovingly furnished holiday wooden house – non-smoking – with 2 spacious sun terraces, large garden with garden furniture and play equipment (swing, sandbox, play equipment).
Additionally, a lockable garden house (e.g. for the safe storage of bicycles) is available to you.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday house. Max. occupancy = 4 persons (possibly, after arrangement, a travel crib for a small child as a "5th person" is possible).
Beautifully located holiday accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe dike, bathing lakes, and leisure facilities, well suited for the stay of 4 persons
(2 bedrooms), also very suitable for a small family with up to two children, who will enjoy the spaciousness of the property.

The very beautiful and bright living/dining room is equipped with a generous sofa landscape and recliner, a large dining area for 6 people, SAT-TV, LCD television, small music system, Wi-Fi, games, and some books. Here you will also find information about sights and excursion destinations in the region.
From the living/dining room, there is direct access (each with separate entrances) to the two terraces. Located right by the house in the spacious garden area, with garden furniture, barbecue, and play equipment. The separate kitchenette is fully equipped, with a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, ample dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
High chair, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, everything is available.
The entire living and sleeping area is fitted with laminate flooring.
2 bedrooms (separate rooms) are available. A bedroom with a double bed (180x200)
and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (each 90x200).

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation and Stay Termination: (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following prorated rents (excluding the final cleaning, service fee, and optionally bedding/towel package) are to be paid as compensation, accounting for the saved expenses, provided re-rental is not possible: - Cancellation/termination up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price; - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price; - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price; - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price; - Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental): 100% of the rental price. Nevertheless, we will attempt to re-rent the rental property. (2) The tenant can at any time prove a lesser damage. (3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. (4) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date the statement is received by us. If the tenant has already occupied and resides in the vacation home, the payment for final cleaning and service fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation or early departure. For cancellation/termination of the rental contract, a flat handling fee of €50.00 is to be paid by the tenant to "Ferienhausservice www.cuxan.de" for the reversal of the rental agreement. We recommend that you insure your holiday through a travel cancellation insurance. Note on Cancellation, Termination, Discontinuation: Certainly, there may be cases where, due to unavoidable events, you are unable to start or need to terminate your vacation with us as planned. Please discuss this with us in advance; often it is then possible to find a mutually agreeable solution (e.g., free rebooking, etc.). We are willing to accommodate you and, just like you, we do not want any disputes.
