The villa accommodates up to 7 guests and extends over two floors, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for each family member or a group of friends. The ground floor is dedicated to communal areas, dominated by the bright living room with comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for one person if needed. Next to the living area is the kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances to satisfy even demanding cooks. The dining room connected to the kitchen is a perfect place for family meals or social gatherings over delicious food. On the ground floor there is also a storage room and a separate WC for additional comfort.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, designed for maximum comfort and flexibility. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a private bathroom, ideal for a couple who wants more privacy. The other two bedrooms are set up as double rooms by default, but can be converted into rooms with separate beds upon request. This flexibility allows for optimal division according to guests’ needs and ensures a pleasant, functional atmosphere.
Two bathrooms with showers as well as an additional WC on this floor provide comfort for all guests, even when the villa is fully occupied. The interior is designed in elegant, calm tones that create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
