The villa accommodates up to 7 guests and extends over two floors, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for each family member or a group of friends. The ground floor is dedicated to the communal areas, where the bright living room with comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere dominates. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for one person if needed. Next to the living area is the kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances to satisfy even demanding cooks. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect place for family meals or social gatherings over delicious food. On the ground floor there is also a storage room and a separate WC for additional comfort.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, which are designed for maximum comfort and flexibility. One bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom – ideal for couples who want more privacy. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds as standard, but can be converted into twin beds upon request. can be converted into rooms with separate beds upon prior arrangement.
