The beautiful residences of Villasimius are centered around a spacious swimming pool and a charming square, the heart of the Club. Located on the southeastern tip of Sardinia, this peaceful retreat is just a few hundred meters from the sea and a short walk from Villasimius town center. Separated from Campulongu Beach by 500 meters of lush woodland with protected pines and junipers, the area offers a serene atmosphere.

The complex is near a prestigious 18-hole golf course, equestrian facilities, and scenic routes with views of the protected Capo Carbonara marine area. The terraced houses feature ground-floor apartments with verandas and first-floor apartments with balconies, all connected by arcades built in authentic Sardinian style. The modern apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, LCD TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. Our stay in the two-bedroom apartment in Villasimius was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with everything we could ask for, including a delightful kitchenette that made meal preparation a breeze. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the veranda, enjoying the peaceful surrounding environment. The proximity to stunning beaches like Campulongu Beach, just a short walk away, made our beach days effortless. The kids loved the pool area, which was well-maintained and perfect for fun in the sun. Overall, it was a delightful experience and we would definitely return!
