The apartment spans two floors and includes a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (width 1.60 m) and a small bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds (1.80 m), bathroom with a rain shower. The terrace (100 sq m) has seating areas. The nearest beach is about a 5-minute walk away.
