Tanca del Conte is a quiet organic farm surrounded by 10 hectares of olive trees and Mediterranean plants in a gentle hillside with panoramic views near the small town of Muravera.
4 independent houses are spread across the property. There is a vegetable garden for ducks, chickens, donkeys, and horses. The "Stazzo Squidda" house offers a private pool and sea view. (There is another house with a pool and 2 houses without a pool). There is a living room with 2 sleeping places, table, chairs, and a kitchenette. The bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A second bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin is available. Several terraces are distributed around the house. Additionally, there are two outdoor showers with hot water.

Location and surroundings of object
The quiet Sarrabus region in southeastern Sardinia is characterized by granite massifs, lagoon lakes, agriculture, and miles of gently sloping sandy beaches, not far from Costa Rei. The nearest beach "San Giovanni" is about 800 meters from the estate. Good pizzeria/restaurant "Marina Giò" right on the beach (open year-round).
In Muravera, there are all shopping facilities (about 4 km). Various hiking opportunities!
The very interesting capital, Cagliari, is about 60 km away.
