Description

Cottage located at the end of a cul de sac at the Lagoon in Hou. The house with its 112 m2 offers four bedrooms for a total of six people. Here is both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, so the house can also be inhabited during the cooler months. The plot is fenced so the pets can not run away. There is a dog forest approx. 2.5 km from the house. Put and Take lake is located approx. 450 meters from the house.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus war super eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Was wir schade fanden, dass die Schauckel nicht mehr da war und die Terrasse hinten total marsch ist. Empfehlungen: Der nahegelegene Strand ist sehr schön. Auch in der Siedlung kann man schön spazieren gehen. Spielplätzen gibt es dort auch

Haus war super ausgestattet,alles vorhanden,Betten waren tatsächlich ziemlich mäßig,sehr weich,aber ansonsten sauber und wirklich alles da was man braucht.Leider waren extrem viele Motten im Haus,obwohl wir die Fenster zu hatten.Das Grundstück ist großzügig mit Rasen und Parkmöglichkeiten,hintere Terrasse ziemlich verottet.Vor dem Haus konnte man gut sitzen,Grill vorhanden.Die Nähe zur Küste und nach Aalborg ist super,viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.Wir hatten unseren Hund mit,viele Spaziergänge in Wald u am Wasser möglich. Empfehlungen: Küste und kleine Städte,sowie Aalborg und Fredrikshaven schnell zu erreichen,gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5-10 min entfernt.
