The bike path starts right at the house. This way the car can be left parked and you're just about a 5-minute walk to the water with the family.
The holiday home features a large living room with a wood stove and TV, as well as access to the terrace with lounge furniture.
The large corner sofa can be used as a sleeping space for 2 people.
The dining area and open kitchen are directly adjacent to the living room, offering a cozy dining table with a view of the greenery. A bedroom with a double bed and an additional TV as well as the bathroom with a bathtub are also located on the ground floor.
Additionally, there is a darts room attached to the bedroom with a large shelf which offers many board games.
From this room, and also from the carport, you can access the rear garden, which is lush with greenery, and equipped with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. This garden area is ideal for guests with dogs, as it is completely fenced. Using the hallway staircase, the holiday guest reaches the first floor. The upper hallway has numerous built-in cabinets, which offer ample storage space and a small office corner with a desk. A small balcony is also located here and can be used for relaxation with large bean bags.
Two bedrooms are also located on the 1st floor. One with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can also be pushed together. The shower room with a daylight window also provides a washing machine and an electric clothes dryer.
There is a carport available for the car, or the large driveway can be used. Here, there is room for a total of 2 cars.
Bicycles can be stored dry in the back of the property.

On the Baltic Sea in Rabenkirchen-Faulück, an idyllic village with a view of the Schlei, and it is just a few minutes by car from the town of Kappeln.
The holiday home is just a few steps away from the Karschau campsite.
There is a kiosk, an adventure playground for children.
A bicycle rental is also available here, as well as a boat harbor.
Those who want to ride horses can also find opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The beach in Arnis features 100 meters of natural beach, a playground, and a boules court. There is also a beach volleyball court available for guests.
There are dog-friendly beaches at Weidenfelder Strand in Kappeln and also at the beach of Schönhagen.
This beautiful region is known for the TV series "Der Landarzt," which was filmed in Kappeln.
Also worth a visit is the Dutch windmill, just about 10 minutes away by car.

If no written cancellation is received, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged, even if the rented holiday property is not occupied.
