Welcome to Villa Badi, a beautiful holiday home in the peaceful surroundings of Malinska, just a short walk from the nearest beach. This spacious, completely detached house is ideal for families or groups of friends, as it accommodates up to five people. One of its main features is a private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sun and absolute privacy. When you enter the covered terrace, you will immediately feel relaxed and at home. This area offers a cozy place for social gatherings and outdoor dining. Here you can prepare meals on the grill and enjoy long summer evenings surrounded by the scents of the sea and nature. The entire property is fenced with a high hedge, ensuring complete privacy and security. Upon entering the house, an inviting hallway leads you into the living area, where a comfortable sofa awaits you, on which you can relax and watch TV on the flat screen with satellite channels. On cooler days, you can light a fire in the fireplace, which gives the room warmth and a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for meal preparation. It has all the necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen on the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet, which provides additional comfort, especially when you are hosting several guests.
Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has its own private terrace where you can relax in the morning with a cup of coffee while enjoying the beautiful sea view. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed, making it ideal for a single guest or a child.
The two bathrooms upstairs are modernly furnished and equipped with a shower, a sink, a hair dryer, and fresh towels upon arrival. There is a separate toilet for additional comfort.
