Description
A separate staircase leads to your holiday home on the upper floor. Over 2 floors you have the possibility to enjoy your holiday as beautifully as possible. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with fitted kitchen, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and radio. Even at breakfast at the large dining table you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and can enjoy it when the sailing or fishing boats pass by.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (200/200 cm), night consoles and a wardrobe as well as a mirror.
The living room has a cosy corner set, coffee table, DVBT flat screen TV and DVD player. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200cm each) and small night consoles. The sloping roof has been optimally converted into an open wardrobe. In the 2nd room there is a single bed (90/200cm) with a small night console. At the large window with a view of the Baltic Sea and on clear days even as far as Denmark, we have 2 recliners and a small table. -Here you can relax and just enjoy the peace and quiet - wonderful!
For small children there is a cot 70/140cm - high chair and stair gates are also available. Blackout blinds have been fitted in all bedrooms.
In the garden there is a sitting area with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a swing with slide for children.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located in the village not far from the Baltic Sea coast. The beach is approx. 700m (10 min. walk) away. Numerous cycling and hiking trails lead you through our beautiful landscape.
Our tranquil village is located in the Angeln landscape, between the Flensburg Fjord and the Schlei Baltic Sea Fjord. Strictly speaking, Angeln is a peninsula in the north-east of the most beautiful federal state of Schleswig-Holstein
Kronsgaard is worth a visit at any time of year and the stimulating climate promotes health and well-being. Especially for allergy sufferers and for people with respiratory and skin diseases, iodine, salt and minerals have a positive effect on the organism.
Wonderful flowering fields and curtilages, and two large nature reserves attract our holiday guests. Especially in spring, when rape, lilac and hawthorn blossom, their fragrance enchants our guests
In Kronsgaard, the beautiful 3 km long natural beach is particularly popular at any time of year.

Gladly again
The Kraack family is very nice, especially very fond of children and always tries to ensure that their guests want for nothing.
There was also an ice cream for the children and they were always allowed to play in the garden.
The house is beautiful and very clean and the way to the beach is not far.
We would love to come back again!

Super holiday flat
In the holiday flat Südwind you will find ideal accommodation for families with (small) children. The landlords live in the house and are very friendly. There is a large play area for children in the garden behind the house and the landlord has many toys that can be used if they are handled properly. The Baltic Sea is only a stone's throw away from the holiday home and the long sandy beach invites you to play, relax and swim. The holiday home was very clean, modern and comfortably furnished. Nothing was missing in the household. The price for the rental is also okay. We will book again at any time.

Relaxing at the Baltic Sea
Very nice self-catering flat with all inventory, a cosy and homely feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired! Fam. Kraac is very accommodating and nice and helpful. We enjoyed the cosy apartment and the enchanting area very much and will definitely be back.
