Nestled in this small, charming village surrounded by greenery, you’re only a 10-minute drive from the lovely beach in Pisak and just 5 minutes from the river Cetina pebble beach, and nearby the area where you can enjoy several activities like rafting, canyoning, zip-line...or simply enjoy crystal clear water of Cetina river, so you will soon find out that village Slime offers the ultimate peaceful retreat, allowing you to reconnect with nature while being close to popular tourist attractions.
Villa Giro is located on a fenced 2,500 square meter private plot with 264 square meters of usable interior space organised on ground floor and first floor. It offers accommodates up to 8 guests and boasts 5 bedrooms each with a terrace, 3 bathrooms, living area, playroom, spacious sun deck area, private pool, all providing plenty of space for families or groups of friends.
Exclusively for you, Villa Giro provides:
* A 40 square meter (10 by 4 meter) heated private pool with hydromassage and a fully automated salt electrolysis system are available in the outdoor area, a large sun deck area with eight deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area with enough seating for 10 people and a charcoal / wood barbecue, and unobstructed views of the village and surrounding greenery, there is a Trampoline is next to the parking lot.
* The interior features a large living/dining area with glass sliding doors on two sides that open to the outdoor pool area. Elegant living room with air conditioning, couches, flat-screen TV, and direct access to a covered outdoor dining area and pool area. Everything you'll need for a comfortable stay is provided in the kitchen, including a microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker, and dining table. A billiards (pool table), darts, TV, table soccer, and sliding door leading to the pool and outdoor dining area are all features of the playroom. There's also a separate restroom on the ground floor.
*The configuration of the bedrooms is as follows:
Bedroom No. 1 has a 180cm x 200cm king-size bed, air conditioning, en-suite shower bathroom, and a terrace.
Bedroom No. 2 features a 160cm x 200cm queen-size bed, air conditioning, en-suite shower bathroom, a shared terrace.
Bedroom No. 3 has a queen-size bed 160 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and a shared terrace with two deck chairs and a table.
Bedroom No. 4 has a single bed 90 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and a shared terrace.
Bedroom No. 5 has a single bed 90cm x 200cm, air-conditioning and a shared terrace.
You can access the laundry room on the first floor too, which has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Five cars can be safely parked on a private plot (2 in the garage, two in front), and having a car is advised. At the entrance is a video surveillance system.

This charming villa in Slime promises both relaxation and adventure, blending traditional village charm with modern amenities. Whether you’re taking a swim in the pool, enjoying a game in the rec room, or exploring the nearby beaches and rivers, it’s a perfect getaway for those seeking to unwind in style.
The house is located in the countryside offering absolute privacy and a peaceful environment. It is just14 km from the highway (Split - Dubrovnik) exit Šestanovac, and 1 km from shop, 9km from restaurant, and 1km from coffee bar in village. Make sure to visit a hundred-year-old fair of local products that are held every Tuesday in Zadvarje village (short drive from the villa). The largest localities in Makarska and Omiš are in approx. 25-30 min from the property. You are 10-15min far from Pisak and Brela beaches (10-11km) and half an hour from Makarska Riviera, both known for their good nightlife and huge gastro offer, while on the nearby river Cetina and its waterfalls you have opportunities for adrenaline sports such as rafting and kayaking. If you prefer a mountain area there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the cost is just beautiful, so each visit Biokovo provides a unique experience and you are only 1km far from the west side entrance. It is characterized by geomorphological phenomena and you can visit a new attraction from the East side of Biokovo, a Skywalk Biokovo, a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that juts out over a precipitous slope opening out towards the coast, affording breath-taking views. You can also visit Red and Blue Lake in Imotski (30min) the Nature phenomenon, of sinkhole lakes.
The nearest airport is SPU, Split`s airport and you need 1 hour to get here. The famous town Split is 49km far and it is worth visiting since it has a great history and is the biggest and the most beautiful town in Dalmatia.
