I had a wonderful stay in this one-room apartment! The open living room was perfect for relaxing after a day full of explorations. The terrace was a great spot for morning coffee, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi to stay connected.

This place is practical and comfortable. The private bathroom was clean and had all the essential items like shampoo and soap. The washing machine was a nice extra, especially for longer stays.

Cozy and clean! The hosts are super friendly, making the entire stay feel like home. Everything you need is right there. The nearby beach of Lapad Bay is just a short walk away, and the local restaurants are great. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation with friends.

Very nice and clean apartment, everything is there from the washing machine to the toaster, the apartment is also relatively large, with enough space for two people, mega roof terrace with a great view, very friendly and nice hostess, on arrival there is a bottle of wine and small snacks, \r\n\r\nThe location is OK for the price, 10-15 minutes to the beach, 5-10 minutes to the supermarket, but you have to expect some stairs and climbs,

A very pleasant surprise is the huge terrace and great equipment in the kitchen and bathroom (there is practically everything - even toothbrushes or coffee with an espresso machine), the host welcomes you with a cheese and cold cuts board and a bottle of wine,\r\nat this price I definitely recommend it, it was one of the cheaper apartments, the location is very good - close to the promenade, beach and shops, and you can easily get to the old town by various buses to the center (2 euros) or by Uber (4-6 euros), the location of the building (hill) or the apartment (1st floor) is not no problem either, \r\nwe didn't test the sofa in the living room, so I don't know if I can recommend it for more than 2 people - but there is definitely space

Comfortable flat, friendly hosts, fantastic roof terraceWe loved our stay here, The flat is fitted out with everything you need and has a grandstand view over the north of Dubrovnik from the incredible roof terrace, Listening to the church bells and watching the bats fly at sunset is magical, It’s easy to get into the Old Town via bus or Uber and Lapad Beach is just down the hill, Special thanks to the lovely hosts, who live downstairs and made us very welcome, We hope to return one day,

The Dorica apartment was a fantastic choice for our stay in Dubrovnik! The terrace was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee with a view of the sea. Additionally, the proximity to Lapad Bay beach was very convenient for our beach days.

The location could not have been better for us - close to the beaches and a short bus ride to the old town. The apartment was spacious enough for our needs, and we loved the quiet evenings on the terrace.

The few from the terrace is amazing, it is super clean, the location is great and the owners are extrem friendly!!\nThe beach is super close and if you want to go to the old town the bus which you can find 3 minutes away from the apparment, takes you in 10 minutes to the town,\nWe can definitely recommend it!
