The room was really great, modern clean and very very comfy bed to sleep in,The bathroom had everything you needed in it :D,Really fast wifi that worked perfectly, The couple running the hotel was amazing, very social and helpful,We even got at free transfer to the airport,The whole stay was amazing, we WILL ve coming back :D

After a late arrival due to flight problems,we booked this villa, The best thing I ever did, Not knowing where the villa was we called the owner and would you believe he collected us from the airport a great start, When we arrived at the villa it was nearly dark so we did not see much outside but when we went in what a villa, I thought I died and went to heaven, the most beautiful apartment and facilities, everything you could wish for,and it just got better and better, a swimming pool fantastic, a jecussi brilliant and a gym all in the one place this is unheard of in Croatia, Then it got better again there is a little kitchen area downstairs with free coffee and a full proper kitchen you can use with free wifi and it is fast, and wait for it a coffee machine with free coffee or tea amazing, The owners were just so helpful lit was amazing, I have stayed in a lot of 4 star hotels that did not even come close, And this is proper 4 star, it should be seven, We are so impress d that we have booked two more nights on our return to the airport, and a full week next year, I can not recommend this villa enough, I would give 20 out of 10 for everything, Thank you so much Luka,

We booked a gallery apartment with an upstairs bedroom, The apartment was immaculate and had all of the facilities needed for a short stay with air conditioning, small fridge and 2 ring cooker along with kettle and kitchen utensils, plates, cups etc, The apartment had a small balcony with sea views and very effective electronic blinds to the patio doors to keep light and hot air out, The swimming pool area was lovely with just 10 sunbeds and plenty of parasols but was never busy when we were there end of June, There is also a gym with plenty of weights and a few high quality aerobic machines and also a sauna which we did not use due the heat outside, The shared kitchen area was a nice touch with a complimentary and very nice coffee machine, Also you could use the laptop and printer, There was also a larger fridge that you could use to store food and a sandwich toaster, Whilst we were there they also put out complimentary snacks on certain days such as doughuts, biscuits etc, There is also a very good supermarket 2 minutes walk away The walk into town is a bit of a hike and takes around 15 minutes with steps and slopes on the way back but is also a very scenic walk, There are also plenty of taxis and car parking in town if you don't fancy the walk The only negative would be that the cool air from the air conditioning did not reach the upstairs bedroom and was therefore very hot at night but I am sure that the staff would have provided a fan if we had asked for one This is a fabulous place and I would highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic weeks holiday at Lukas Villa Apartments! The hosts were extremely welcoming and really friendly, Our apartment, number 1 was big, clean, modern and had everything we needed, Big comfortable bed, aircon, free wifi and lovely balcony that caught the sun in late afternoon-perfect! The pool was fab with plenty sun beds and at the top was a big seating area, The jacuzzi was great after walking up the hill from Cavtat town which was roughly 10 minutes away, There was a small shop less than 5 minutes away with all the essentials we needed and the bus stop just a few steps further, Overall we really really enjoyed our holiday because of the stunning modern apartments, gorgeous sea views and delicious food found in the beautiful towb of Cavtat,

The room was great, modern and fresh, We lived at the highest level which was nice because of always having sun at the balcony, The bed and kitchen was good and bathroom too, Really happy with our stay due to good living conditions (loved the pool and jacuzzi) and good service, Its location was okay, 5-10 minutes to the village, We went there at least one time a day, There were good restaurants with good prices, Also only 50 kuna for a boat trip to Dubrovnik!

The appartement opend just a few days before our arrival so we where the first guests in our appartement, It was decorated very tastefully and beautifull, They have a gym, a sauna, a pool and after a few data of our stay a new jacuzzi got dilivered, The owners are very nice people, They helped us with renting a car and booking a boattrip to dubrovnik, They also spoil there guests with free drinks and icecubes to use in our room and at out last day, they gave us a free transfer to the airport,

We really enjoyed complete privacy with the possibility of using the pool, sauna and gym ,,, The whole house smells like new, furnished with a lot of taste with carefully selected charming details in the halls and apartments, The colors and shapes of the interior are interesting and functional and provide a relaxed atmosphere with full comfort, A bit of a climb up to the apartment from sea level but altogether worth the effort, We had a nice weekend and would definitely love to return soon,

This apartment was the best of all that we visited during our stay in Croatia, It was exactly like in the pictures, all new and very clean! Great swimming pool and jacuzzi and the service was phenomenal, If you're used to 5 star hotels this is even better! Only a 10 minute walk to the city center which was also very doable and I have to mention the great beds! If you visit cavtat please choose for this paradise!

This is a really nice place to holiday, It is recently opened and run by Luka himself and his wife, They are young, friendly and generous with their time and resources, The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well finished, The bed was huge and very comfortable, The air conditioning good, the bathroom modern and the balcony lovely for breakfast, morning coffee and evening drinks but a bit too hot mid afternoon if you prefer shade, Irena (I think that's correct) does most of the domestic work herself with a little help and replenished bedding and towels regularly, She even provided pool towels throughout our stay, I was able to use her washing machine for our laundry which was great as we stayed two weeks, There was a dishwasher and two cooker rings as well as a fridge and there is also a breakfasting kitchen which we were invited to use for the coffee machine and microwave, Also ice from the machine was useful, Luka is around for much of the day and is very obliging, On several occasions he brought drinks to the pool for those around it, The pool is small but bright and clean, It is looked after all day by a vigilant Luka as is the hot tub which we didn't try but it looked clean and well cared for, The sun beds and umbrellas were very high quality although there are only ten beds, This block is up hill from central Cavtat so quite a hike home after dinner unless you choose to eat nearby at Logos which we enjoyed several times, There is a taxi rank in town if you can't manage the hill although Luka has been known to ferry guests in his own car, He will also arrange free transfers to and from the airport if you need them, The wifi is free, fast and reliable in the apartment and at the pool, This was one of the best self-catering holidays we have ever had and it is down to the attention to detail put into the build and the ongoing effort and personalities of Luka and his wife, We will definitely be back and would like to thank them for making us so welcome and so comfortable,

The room was really great, modern clean and very very comfy bed to sleep in,The bathroom had everything you needed in it :D,Really fast wifi that worked perfectly, The couple running the hotel was amazing, very social and helpful,We even got at free transfer to the airport,The whole stay was amazing, we WILL ve coming back :D

Room and hole apartment was very clean, comfortable and homely, The staff was extremly friendly and we felt ourself very welcomed, The location was about 15 minutes walking from the old city, Nice, peaceful walk from hotel to the downtown, We recommend this apartment if you apprecciate peaceful and cleanness,

After a late arrival due to flight problems,we booked this villa, The best thing I ever did, Not knowing where the villa was we called the owner and would you believe he collected us from the airport a great start, When we arrived at the villa it was nearly dark so we did not see much outside but when we went in what a villa, I thought I died and went to heaven, the most beautiful apartment and facilities, everything you could wish for,and it just got better and better, a swimming pool fantastic, a jecussi brilliant and a gym all in the one place this is unheard of in Croatia, Then it got better again there is a little kitchen area downstairs with free coffee and a full proper kitchen you can use with free wifi and it is fast, and wait for it a coffee machine with free coffee or tea amazing, The owners were just so helpful lit was amazing, I have stayed in a lot of 4 star hotels that did not even come close, And this is proper 4 star, it should be seven, We are so impress d that we have booked two more nights on our return to the airport, and a full week next year, I can not recommend this villa enough, I would give 20 out of 10 for everything, Thank you so much Luka,

We booked a gallery apartment with an upstairs bedroom, The apartment was immaculate and had all of the facilities needed for a short stay with air conditioning, small fridge and 2 ring cooker along with kettle and kitchen utensils, plates, cups etc, The apartment had a small balcony with sea views and very effective electronic blinds to the patio doors to keep light and hot air out, The swimming pool area was lovely with just 10 sunbeds and plenty of parasols but was never busy when we were there end of June, There is also a gym with plenty of weights and a few high quality aerobic machines and also a sauna which we did not use due the heat outside, The shared kitchen area was a nice touch with a complimentary and very nice coffee machine, Also you could use the laptop and printer, There was also a larger fridge that you could use to store food and a sandwich toaster, Whilst we were there they also put out complimentary snacks on certain days such as doughuts, biscuits etc, There is also a very good supermarket 2 minutes walk away The walk into town is a bit of a hike and takes around 15 minutes with steps and slopes on the way back but is also a very scenic walk, There are also plenty of taxis and car parking in town if you don't fancy the walk The only negative would be that the cool air from the air conditioning did not reach the upstairs bedroom and was therefore very hot at night but I am sure that the staff would have provided a fan if we had asked for one This is a fabulous place and I would highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic weeks holiday at Lukas Villa Apartments! The hosts were extremely welcoming and really friendly, Our apartment, number 1 was big, clean, modern and had everything we needed, Big comfortable bed, aircon, free wifi and lovely balcony that caught the sun in late afternoon-perfect! The pool was fab with plenty sun beds and at the top was a big seating area, The jacuzzi was great after walking up the hill from Cavtat town which was roughly 10 minutes away, There was a small shop less than 5 minutes away with all the essentials we needed and the bus stop just a few steps further, Overall we really really enjoyed our holiday because of the stunning modern apartments, gorgeous sea views and delicious food found in the beautiful towb of Cavtat,

A very nice new place, The rooms are pleasant and beds so comfortable,,, We have loved to stay few more days, spending time ah the pool in a very quiet environment,,, It would have been really perfect if we could have breakfast here, The center of Cavtat is about 10-15 minutes walking,

The room was great, modern and fresh, We lived at the highest level which was nice because of always having sun at the balcony, The bed and kitchen was good and bathroom too, Really happy with our stay due to good living conditions (loved the pool and jacuzzi) and good service, Its location was okay, 5-10 minutes to the village, We went there at least one time a day, There were good restaurants with good prices, Also only 50 kuna for a boat trip to Dubrovnik!

We stayed at Villa Luka´s for 9 days in June 2016, Our hosts Irena and Luka were so warm and hospitable that we felt right at home, We could ask anything and got help right away, The location was peaceful which we appreciated, The new house was clean and everything worked well, We can sincerely recommend Villa Luka´s for anyone wishing for a peaceful, home like holiday in such a beautiful village,

The appartement opend just a few days before our arrival so we where the first guests in our appartement, It was decorated very tastefully and beautifull, They have a gym, a sauna, a pool and after a few data of our stay a new jacuzzi got dilivered, The owners are very nice people, They helped us with renting a car and booking a boattrip to dubrovnik, They also spoil there guests with free drinks and icecubes to use in our room and at out last day, they gave us a free transfer to the airport,

Great new place with a walking distance from Cavtat center, The way down is ok, but on the way back be prepared for a bit of a climb, The owners are very friendly and helpful and will do their best to make visitors feel welcome, Appartments are spacious and brand new and everything is nice and white, Cherry on the cake: Finnish Sauna!

My boyfriend and I just want to stay two nights, But the apartment and the nice host was inviting like at home, that we stayed two days longer, Everything is so clear and the facility is so simple, And the paints in the hole villa was made by the hostess, The stuff you need is in the apartment and everything you would like to have you could ask the nice family that are the owner of the villa Lukas, If you want to relax there is a pool next to the house and if you want to make sport there is a fitness room with enough Equipment, We can just recommend this accommodation,

Wij hebben afgelopen maandag 1 nacht mogen doorbrengen in dit zojuist geopende appartementencomplex, De kamer was zeer compleet, mooi, schoon en fris, Het complex heeft veel voorzieningen zoals een zwembadje, een sauna en een gezamenlijke keuken, De eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk, Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend Het complex ligt 10 minuten lopen van het gezellige centrum, Goede uitvalbasis voor een dagje Dubrovnik, Een aanrader!

Modern, cozy and lovely apartment! Everything is brand new, very modern and well equipped, We highly recommend to visit! We really enjoyed complete privacy with the possibility of using the pool, sauna and gym ,,, The whole house smells like new, furnished with a lot of taste with carefully selected charming details in the halls and apartments, The colors and shapes of the interior are interesting and functional and provide a relaxed atmosphere with full comfort, A bit of a climb up to the apartment from sea level but altogether worth the effort, We had a nice weekend and would definitely love to return soon,
