We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like free toiletries and towels, The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and kitchenware, Overall, a very functional space for our family vacation,

Villa Avoca exceeded our expectations! The interior was beautifully decorated and had a warm atmosphere, We loved being close to the beach and found some great local dining options within walking distance, The nearby bus stop made it easy to visit Dubrovnik without hassle

We had a wonderful time at Villa Avoca, The villa was clean and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals together, The location was great for exploring Dubrovnik, and we appreciated being able to return to a peaceful setting after a day of sightseeing

A lovely villa in a great location! We enjoyed the two balconies that overlooked the valley and sea, It was convenient to have a grocery store nearby for supplies, The free parking was also a big plus, especially since we had a rental car to explore nearby attractions

A beautiful villa with incredible views, Lovely pool and outdoor space, Clean and well looked after, Very hospitable owner who was responsive and went out of his way to help, Perfect for a family stay as plenty of space to spread out, Car is helpful as allows freedom as fairly steep hills in Mlini but this offers amazing breeze and views

Great place to spend with family or friends, Close enough to go down the beach but just as good hanging out around the awesome pool area which is completely private, The apartment is well set up and big enough to hang around all day, The kitchen is great for cooking meals at home and the balconies are a great place to soak up the views at anytime during the day, It was great to also have the place cleaned halfway through our visit, Would recommend this to anyone for sure, The local beaches are stunning and away from the crowds of the Old Town,

I loved the modern design of the apartment, the tiled floor was easy to clean, and the wardrobe offered enough storage space for our things, the private entrance made us feel right at home immediately.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The fireplace gave the living room a cozy touch, and the additional toilet was convenient for our group. The entire layout was spacious and well thought out.

We had a fantastic stay here, Villa is beautiful and handily positioned for all the amenities on offer in Mlini, The owner Goran was amazing, and greeted us on arrival with his wife with a bottle of wine and beers! Nothing was too much trouble for them, regular pool cleaning and fresh towels throughout our stay and provided us with great advice and sorted out transport for 7 people when we needed it, I would thoroughly recommend Villa Avoca

First time in Croatia, fantastic villa and pool, Would recommend,Great location near the airport and close to Dubrovnik, Uber was the best way to get around, The host let us know about a shortcut to get to the town if walking, \r\nVilla was secure with an electric gate,\r\nIt had everything you need, even a washing machine and clothes horse to wash and dry clothes while away, \r\nViews from the villa were spectacular,\r\nLarge living area and 4 bathrooms, \r\nHost also sent a lot of links of things to do, booking trips etc, Very useful, \r\nWould definitely recommend

Villa Avoca was a fantastic vacation destination for our family! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of eight, with each bedroom having its own bathroom - such luxury. We especially loved the private pool where we spentLazy afternoons in the sun. The location was ideal, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. We can't wait to return!
