We’d definitely suggest Villa Avoca to any couple looking for a getaway. From the moment we arrived, we loved the spacious living area and especially enjoyed the private balcony with sea views. Cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable, and relaxing by the pool was just what we needed.

Located in Mlini, this apartment's balcony views of the Adriatic were stunning. The kitchen had all I needed for cooking meals, and the private pool was a refreshing escape after my explorations. For what it offers, it's a good base to discover nearby Dubrovnik while enjoying quieter evenings here.

I chose this property for convenience as I traveled with friends for a week of relaxation. Loved how close it is to both Cavtat and Dubrovnik, easy access made day trips fun without hassle.

A lovely villa in a great location! We enjoyed the two balconies that overlooked the valley and sea, It was convenient to have a grocery store nearby for supplies, The free parking was also a big plus, especially since we had a rental car to explore nearby attractions

A beautiful villa with incredible views, Lovely pool and outdoor space, Clean and well looked after, Very hospitable owner who was responsive and went out of his way to help, Perfect for a family stay as plenty of space to spread out, Car is helpful as allows freedom as fairly steep hills in Mlini but this offers amazing breeze and views

Great place to spend with family or friends, Close enough to go down the beach but just as good hanging out around the awesome pool area which is completely private, The apartment is well set up and big enough to hang around all day, The kitchen is great for cooking meals at home and the balconies are a great place to soak up the views at anytime during the day, It was great to also have the place cleaned halfway through our visit, Would recommend this to anyone for sure, The local beaches are stunning and away from the crowds of the Old Town,

In general, a great experience at Villa Avoca, The outdoor pool was a highlight for us and the spacious living area allowed for long relaxation, Our children enjoyed the nearby beaches and we appreciated the convenience of having available parking, Just a minor note: the villa is located on a road, so there was a bit of traffic noise, but it did not diminish our enjoyment, A solid place for a fun vacation!

We had a fantastic stay here, Villa is beautiful and handily positioned for all the amenities on offer in Mlini, The owner Goran was amazing, and greeted us on arrival with his wife with a bottle of wine and beers! Nothing was too much trouble for them, regular pool cleaning and fresh towels throughout our stay and provided us with great advice and sorted out transport for 7 people when we needed it, I would thoroughly recommend Villa Avoca

Villa Avoca was a fantastic vacation destination for our family! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of eight, with each bedroom having its own bathroom - such luxury. We especially loved the private pool where we spentLazy afternoons in the sun. The location was ideal, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and local restaurants.
