The owner Bozo was very welcoming and friendly, he gave us valuable advice for visiting the city, He was available to answer our questions throughout our stay, The apartment is quiet, close to amenities (shops, restaurant, beach) and the bus stop which is a few meters away will take you to the city center in 15 minutes,

It’s a 7 min walk away from the nearest beach - quite nice in my opinion and not that crowded, \nAbout 1 min walk from the bus stop that takes you directly to old town, \nSupermarket about 5 min walk away with everything you need, \n\nThe apartment was nice, had everything you need, \nThe hosts are so nice and welcoming - they were so kind and helpful with navigation the city,\n\nI would definitely stay again!

Cosy apartment in a great locationVery friendly host, Spacious, clean and nicely furbished apartment in a beautiful location, We especially liked the patio right next to the big garden, which is even inhabited by some tortoises, There are multiple beaches in walking distance from the apartment and there is also a short hiking trail leading to a beautiful viewpoint by the sea, There is a bus station one minute from the apartment directly taking you to the old town of Dubrovnik, \nWe also got a very interesting tour of the Dubrovnik old town by the hosts son, who is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide :)

Quite Place &, Special Hosts!Our host Bozo was very welcoming! He spent time talking to us, not only to give us tips and brochures about the city, but specially to getting to know us, He was very kind and helpful, Here you can find a very homely environment, with a pacefully garden view and only 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, I would definitely recommend this location!

The property was fantastic and has everything you need! It’s close to public transport, 7 min walk to the beach and some great bars and food nearby, The hosts were amazing and gave us helpful information about the area! Highly recommend!

Loved it here, Our hosts were great, Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the old city, but only 15 minutes awaOur hosts, Bozo and Anita were very welcoming! Bozo spent time talking to us, getting to know us, Gave us maps and brochures of the area and provided us with lots of information, Very close to the bus stop for the 15 minute ride to the old city, Was able to do laundry and hang it to dry, Deck outside with table and chairs, He has a garden with fruit trees and vegetables, Lovely space, Very quiet,

The studio was perfect for our needs, Spacious enough for two adults and two kids, with a nice little kitchen to prepare breakfast, The nearby Gradac Park was great for our evening strolls

I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the apartment felt, The double bed was really comfy and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning, Only downside was the street noise at times, but overall, great value for the price, Definitely would stay again!

We could have not chosen a better place, We wanted accessibility, quietness and pleasant surrounding and got them all, The apartment is located on the hedge of the built up area and next to woods, there is a bus to take not town stop fifty metres down the road and the seaside just a few hundred meters away, The flat is well equipped, the landlord for our two week stay had left for us a supply of salt, sugar, coffee, tea and some other staples including soap, washing up liquid, washing machine powder etc etc, Although fitted with air conditioning we did not need to use it as the area, next to woods - was pleasantly fresh The table in the garden was a blessing, we could have our meals and relax outside, enjoying the garden away from prying eyes of neighbours, During out stay we enjoyed the many tourist attractions of Dubrovnik - the Dubrovnik card proved great value for money - and sampled the food of restaurant all over the city, Highlight of our holiday were: trip to Split, three islands cruise, visit to the nature reserve in Lochrum, Cav-tap and many other activities, I truly recommend a stay in this apartment and this Town,
