Spacious apartment in a 19th-century mansion made of local stone, fully restored.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an old 19th-century house built from local stone.
During the restoration, care was taken to leave the stones on the exterior facade exposed. Inside, the furnishings were made entirely of exposed natural pine wood, and the floors were made of terracotta tiles to create a warm and original atmosphere.
The living unit has 2 large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and toiletries available to our guests. The dining room with a fully equipped kitchen has a large window with a panoramic view of Lake Garda, allowing you to enjoy the view of the lake at every meal.
The completely private and fenced terrace available to our guests is adjacent to a path that passes by centuries-old olive trees and is ideal for peaceful walks in nature.
Our facility is located in the middle of greenery and is not adjacent to the main road, which is very busy and loud. We are a small, family-run business and, unlike the large hotels and residences that can be booked on Lake Garda, we take personal care of our guests, starting from cleaning the apartments to welcoming the guests. At our reception, there is the possibility to taste and buy the olive oil we produce, which is made without chemical pesticides and is obtained from hand-picked olives as in the past.

In the northeastern part of Lake Garda, where the lake reaches its deepest point (360 m), lies our small agritourism farm. This side of Lake Garda is called the "Riviera degli Olivi" (Olive Riviera). In fact, the entire coast from San Vigilio to Malcesine, from the water level up to an altitude of about 500 m, is covered with olive trees. Right between Castelletto di Brenzone, the largest district of the municipality of Brenzone, lies the agritourism farm. Castelletto di Brenzone is the largest village of the municipality "Brenzone sul Garda" on the northeastern shore of Lake Garda. The village develops partly on the shore of the lake and along the Gardesana Road, partly on the mountain. This side of the medieval village is very impressive: narrow, paved alleys uphill, small three-story houses side by side, arches, old cellars, and small hidden courtyards. The main starting point of the paths of Monte Baldo. Between olive trees and pristine nature, which require no special difficulties and offer magnificent views of the waters of Lake Garda.
At the water level, everything revolves around the small picturesque harbor.
In the village, there are pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, a church, a bank, a hairdresser, souvenirs, and more.
