This property of about 50 square meters can accommodate up to 4 guests and has a living room, a kitchenette with a comfortable sofa bed, a beautiful balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a window, making it the ideal choice for you and your partner or family. Enjoy the breathtaking view from your private balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. You won't have to worry about parking, as the property has a dedicated parking spot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during the summer months.

The newly built Bella Villa Holiday Apartments are located in the heart of Riva del Garda, a charming town on the northern shore of Lake Garda. Situated in a very quiet, peaceful position on Viale Roma no. 28 in a limited traffic area, the apartments are just a short walk from the lake, the historic center, the FA Bonporti Conservatory, the Fraglia della Vela sailing club, the Congress Palace, the port, and about 250 meters from the beach. It has six apartments and a well-furnished detached house, equipped with the latest technology: WIFI, Smart-Tv sat, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, video intercom, and chip card access. Air conditioning available upon request. Additional services include: a large and convenient free ground floor storage for bicycles, sails and surfboards, strollers and accessories; free use of a shared washing machine. Additionally, available to guests is a spacious furnished patio where you can spend moments of relaxation or let your children play in complete safety. Parking available upon request.
