Welcome to our newly built holiday homes completed in 2024, located on a single level, barrier-free, allergy-friendly, in Geestland on the beautiful North Sea coast between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven. The holiday homes are situated on a traffic-calmed street near the forest and offer comfortable living space on 68 m².
Each apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and a generously sized garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster are also available.
The spacious bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. Two of the holiday apartments also feature an additional small bedroom with a boxspring bed, which accommodates a third person.
In the living room, you will find a cozy leather couch, a large flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower for maximum comfort.
The entire apartment is fitted with stylish designer flooring, as well as equipped with blinds and pleated blinds. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. You have access to a private utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Free parking is available for your vehicle. For bicycles and e-bikes brought along, we offer a lockable shelter with charging facilities.
The apartments are allergy-friendly, therefore smoking inside the apartments and bringing pets are not permitted.

Our holiday homes are located in Geestland/Drangstedt, a small rural community in Lower Saxony. It is located about 15 km away from the North Sea coast between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven and offers a variety of excursion possibilities:
Explore the idyllic spa town of Bad Bederkesa in the nearby area, start a mudflat hiking tour from Dorum, Sahlenburg or Cuxhaven, visit the diverse attractions of Bremerhaven and Bremen, take a boat trip to the high-sea island of Helgoland, experience a beach day in Duhnen or Sahlenburg, discover the unique combination of Geest, moor, and marsh landscapes by bike, on foot, or by car. The artist village Worpswede is also worth a visit. For longer excursions, consider the Wolf Center Verden, the Walsrode Bird Park, or the Serengeti Park Hodenhagen.
Sporting activities such as golf, water skiing, kite surfing, swimming, horse riding, and much more can be practiced nearby.
