Description
Wake up to birdsong without traffic noise and then have breakfast in the sun. In our vacation home, you will find above all heavenly peace and can switch off wonderfully.
The house is located at the southern boundary of the property with an unobstructed view of the forest and access to hiking trails to the rocks, including the Forststeig, the trekking route through the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
The view of the main house on the street side of the property is well shielded by planting. You will find bright, friendly rooms with us. 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet on the upper floor, on the ground floor the living room, kitchen with fitted kitchen, and a large bathroom. Parking space directly at the house.
The hiking trails start nearby. Those with strong calves can also use the bicycle.

Living room with satellite TV, stereo system, books, games, seating, and a pull-out double sofa bed. Kitchen (fitted kitchen) with stove, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishes for about 10 people, washing machine.
Bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, underfloor heating.
Bed linen, table linen, towels included. (can also be opted out - please contact us).
Crib, high chair, and playpen are available on request. The central heating is operated with pellets and solar thermal energy is used for hot water.
In the garden, there is a swing for the little ones and a ping pong table for the adults.

Location and surroundings of object
We are located in the rural area of Saxon Switzerland - just before the border with Czechia. Nearby is a mystical rock labyrinth (highly recommended on hot days).
It's an idyllic, quiet location but only a short drive to the lively tourist centers of Saxon Switzerland. You can reach the climbing paradise Bielatal in 5 minutes by car. In the village, there is a riding stable and much to discover. Located on the edge of town, the holiday home offers a lot of open space around it. Our location on a high plateau allows you to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.
