Experience wonderful days in the Lorenz holiday apartment, located on the outskirts of the town of Stollberg. Our holiday apartment offers 60 square meters of space for 4 to a maximum of 6 guests. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living room - perfect for families.
The apartment is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which features a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. You are welcome to start or end your day outdoors in the furnished seating area. The grill is also available.
The apartment offers a parking space under a carport for your car/motorcycle. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. For families with small children, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair.
The living room is cozily furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, which are extendable, and a television for relaxing evenings. The entire apartment is allergy-friendly and for non-smokers. Bed linen can be provided or you can bring your own favorite bed linen.
A long-term rental is possible by arrangement. In which case I can offer you a discount. Enjoy the natural landscape that surrounds the property on approx. 5,000 m². In the garden you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The children can jump on the trampoline and feed the alpacas with us.
From our holiday apartment you can reach Chemnitz, Zwickau, Leipzig, Dresden or Oberwiesenthal in a short time. Even in Prague you can spend wonderful hours in 1.5 hours. and one more thing on my own behalf:
I would like to ask you, if something runs out, to get replacements or, if something breaks, to let me know, so that the next guest can take over a flawless apartment.
To ensure a smooth changeover, I would like to ask you to leave the apartment by around 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrival is possible from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartment should be left swept clean and the trash bins emptied. Pets (except cats) are allowed in the apartment for a surcharge of €5 per night.
By booking the holiday apartment, you confirm that you have valid liability insurance for all guests as well as pet owner liability insurance for your pet.
Since May 1, 2025, you will receive 1 bottle of water filtered/purified by reverse osmosis, which has been remineralized at the end, as a welcome gift in our holiday apartments. You are welcome to enjoy this water with us during your stay. You no longer need to carry bottles and are doing something good for the environment and your body.

Stollberg is located on the A72 motorway between Zwickau and Chemnitz.
In the beautiful Ore Mountains
You can also reach the flat very easily by bus and train. There is a bus stop right next to the street.
There is a large garden around our house.
The flat is on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase.

Absolute recommendation?
We arrived with a dog. The reception was very nice and warm.
The apartment was very cozy, the bathroom newly modern even with a washing machine.
The kitchen was fully equipped, nothing was missing.
It was clean, very quiet.
The landlords were very nice.
With the dog, you just had to cross the street past the old shepherd's house, and you could go for a wonderful walk or stroll.
We will definitely come back.

Short vacation with dog
Very friendly landlords who make you feel comfortable right away. Great new apartment, very well-kept, fully equipped. Very nice and central location. You can quickly reach the highway or the city. The location directly on the road is not a problem at all, as everything is excellently soundproofed. We didn't hear anything, and we are very sensitive.
With the dog, you only have to cross the road, pass the old sheepfold, and then you can walk beautifully. PS: After being led up and down the stairs 2-3 times on a leash, our Labrador girl was safe and started going up and down on her own, as the apartment is located on the upper floor.
We will come back!

Great stay
For the first time, we were in Saxony and had a great stay. The vacation apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished. The location is also very good, not far from Zwickau, Leipzig... and even Prague is reachable in 2 hours.

Great apartment in a central location with a balcony and modern furnishings.
Send, modern apartment equipped with everything you need, bright and inviting. Beautifully rural location, the children loved playing in the garden, feeding the rabbits, the 3 alpacas roam around and were a highlight, one even let itself be petted:) the host family is super sweet and of course also has great excursion tips ready, we used our holiday week to do something different every day - the children didn't want to go home - a completely successful family trip!
