Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus ein paar wunderschöne Tage verbracht und würden nächstes Jahr im Juni sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren mit sechs Personen aus drei Generationen sowie einem Hund zu Gast. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wirklich unschlagbar und ein großer Pluspunkt. Zudem können zwei Autos direkt vor dem Haus parken, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Haus verfügt allerdings über eine sehr steile Treppe, die für ältere Menschen oder Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität weniger geeignet ist. Positiv ist, dass sich im Erdgeschoss ein Einzelzimmer befindet. Dieses wirkte jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und das Bett war für eine ältere Person recht schmal. Das Badezimmer hat eine angenehme Größe, könnte jedoch von einer Modernisierung profitieren. Insbesondere die sehr hohe Duschwanne erschwert den Einstieg und ist für ältere Gäste möglicherweise nicht ideal. Insgesamt punktet das Haus vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage und die guten Parkmöglichkeiten, während bei der Ausstattung und Barrierefreiheit noch Verbesserungspotenzial besteht.

Dieses Jahr waren die Tage sonnig, doch sehr windig und kühl, doch die Erholung war grandios. Der Weg über die Brücke an die See öffnet nicht nur den Blick, sondern auch das Herz. Mien to Hus ist ein Kleinod in der vordersten Linie zur See, doch das hat auch seinen Preis.

Vielen Dank, es war sehr schön! Wir sind ja schon zum zweiten Mal da. Wenn es so bleibt wie es ist, ist auch nicht schlimm, aber ich würde immer noch empfehlen, mal das Bad neu zu machen. Das Licht am Herd ist defekt. Es gibt viele schöne Gläser, aber keine einfachen 0.4 Wasser/Saft-Gläsern. Außerdem fehlt ein kleines Messer mit Sägezahn-Schneide.

We spent our one-week family vacation with 5 people and a dog in this holiday home in the summer of 2023. The house is perfectly located right by the dike, but in the second row, so the flow of tourists doesn't pass directly by the property. The pier to the water is just a few minutes away from the village center, so everything is easily accessible on foot. The house has enough space for 5 to 6 people, the furnishings are essentially modern, the beds are comfortable, and everything is in very good condition - bright and friendly. We particularly noticed positively that the steep stairs to the first floor are exemplary secured - there are step mats and a lowered handrail, so small children and (in our case) dogs can manage the stairs well. Most of the appliances in the kitchen convinced us (namely washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, oven, and stove), but unfortunately, we had to make a compromise with the exhaust hood, which desperately needed cleaning (and the cookware was also rather borderline). The garden is located behind the house and is fairly well protected from outside views despite the surrounding hotels. However, we would have wished for a somewhat better-maintained property here; additionally, the garden furniture was not very inviting – since we had bad weather anyway, this didn't affect us much. If we had had better weather, we would have also appreciated a sunshade. For all questions and problems (if any arose), the service office of "Holidays at the North Sea" is on-site - we had a competent, friendly, and very helpful contact person here, who always had a good tip for activities in the vicinity, even in bad weather. We haven't experienced anything like that before, thank you very much. Overall, we thank you for a great time, we would love to come back!

The house is a small gem between two hotels on the promenade (it is about a 20-minute walk to the sandy beach). The furnishings had everything one needs. In the summer, it can get quite warm, especially on the upper floor. Unfortunately, there was also no toilet on the upper floor. So, one always had to go down a rather noisy staircase to the ground floor, which often woke fellow travelers. There is only one bathroom (one toilet) in the whole house. For a house with at least 5 sleeping places, I find it a bit little, but okay.

The house is perfect for a few days of vacation; we felt very comfortable. It is perfectly located, and actually everything is within walking distance. The contact was very friendly, and we felt very welcome. However, unfortunately, we noticed four things that were not so positive: 1. One morning, the garden was worked on with heavy & loud equipment without prior notice. We all woke up startled, but especially our dog was very scared. If it had been announced briefly, we would have been on our way that morning, nothing would have bothered us. 2. In the two bedrooms with double beds, there are two small slanted windows each, which are also equipped with pleated shades to block out light. Unfortunately, these shades cannot be opened, so no air can circulate behind them, and over time, mold has formed on the windows as a result. 3. In the smaller double room, unfortunately, there is no bedside lamp, only the very bright ceiling light, which cannot be turned on or off from the bed. The lamp over the dining table is way too bright; you can't turn it on in the evening when sitting at the dining table. However, these are things that we noticed during our stay, but they did not negatively affect our vacation.

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Familienurlaub mit 5 Personen und einem Hund in diesem Ferienhaus im Sommer 2023 verbracht. Das Haus liegt perfekt direkt am Deich, aber in zweiter Reihe, so dass der Touristenstrom nicht direkt am Grundstück vorbei fließt. Die Seebrücke zum Wasser ist wie der Ortskern vom Bad nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, so alles gut fußläufig erreichbar ist. Im Haus gibt es genügend Platz für 5 bis 6 Personen, die Ausstattung ist im Wesentlichen modern, die Betten komfortabel und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand - hell und freundlich. Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, dass die steile Treppe in den ersten Stock vorbildlich abgesichert ist - es gibt Stufenmatten und einen tiefer gelegten Handlauf, so dass auch kleine Kinder und (in unserem Fall) Hunde die Treppe gut meistern können. Die meisten Geräte in der Küche haben uns überzeugt (nämlich Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen und Herd), einen Abstrich mussten wir aber leider machen beim Dunstabzug, der dringend eine Reinigung gebraucht hätte (und das Kochgeschirr war auch eher grenzwertig). Der Garten liegt hinter dem Haus und ist (trotz der umliegenden Hotels) ziemlich gut gegen fremde Blicke geschützt. Allerdings hätten wir uns hier ein etwas mehr gepflegtes Grundstück gewünscht, zudem waren die Gartenmöbel wenig einladend - da wir ohnehin mieses Wetter hatten, hat uns das aber wenig beeinträchtigt. Hätten wir besseres Wetter gehabt, hätten wir uns auch über einen Sonnenschirm gefreut. Für sämtliche Fragen und Probleme (wenn denn welche auftraten) steht übrigens das Service-Büro von "Ferien an der Nordsee" vor Ort bereit - wir hatten hier einen kompetenten, freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner, der auch bei schlechtem Wetter immer mit einem guten Tipp für Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung punkten konnte. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt, vielen Dank dafür. Insgesamt bedanken wir uns für eine tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!
