The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The property is popular also because of the view of the sea and the quiet, sunny location. For shared use the following are available: outdoor garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Boat mooring available: only with prior confirmation by the agency. Possibility to use bicycles.

Roznica. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 places), gas hob (4 burners), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
