The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modern and functional. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its location by the water. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Barbat. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bounded by a wall. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: face masks, disinfectants, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). 2 bedrooms each (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and toilet.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
