Rab. The holiday home is located on a 70 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. Parking is available in a carport and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), books, DVDs and music for children, iron and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Ground floor: Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dining area (6 places), gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (ceramic cooktop, 1 zone), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
Upper floor: Bedroom (25 sqm) with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Bathroom with bathtub and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is forbidden on the premises.

Included in the price: iron, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, bathing towels, Baby cot (please order when booking), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
