The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny waterfront location. For exclusive use are available: terrace, garden furniture and a hammock swing.

Žaborić. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom (16 sqm) with 2 single beds and access to the balcony. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bedroom (8 sqm) with 1 single bed. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
