The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny and secluded waterfront location. Available for shared use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and jetty.

Gdinj. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob (2 burners), refrigerator and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
